About Me
Hi there! I’m Kristina (she/her), Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, highly sensitive person, and founder of Orlando Garden Therapy.

As a dedicated therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals like you overcome life's challenges and achieve personal growth. With over 11 years of experience, I have guided clients through their darkest moments and witnessed their incredible transformations. My approach combines Empathy, Authenticity, Advocacy, Humor, Compassion, and Nature to provide you with the support and tools you need to thrive. Together, we will navigate through your struggles and empower you to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
It takes courage to reach out for support. Finding a therapist who shares your values, and makes you feel connected and safe, are important for the healing process. That is why I always offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call, where we can get to know each other and discover if we might be a good fit.
I’m committed to supporting your whole ecosystem. Here’s how:
Integrative & Individualized
I firmly believe that a person-centered approach must examine all aspects of health, including somatic concerns, emotional intelligence, social functioning, and spiritual health.
Nourished by Connection
For those marginalized by misogyny, you may feel like you’ve lost your voice. I recognize and acknowledge the intersection of race, gender, and the environment. I want to provide support that is inclusive and accessible, by creating a space where you feel safe, connected to yourself and others, and can express yourself freely.
Rooted in Nature
I advocate for caring for our natural world, connecting with it, and building a relationship with nature, to support wellbeing and strengthen biodiversity. Though being in nature provides a calming space, nature-based counseling can be practiced indoors using mindfulness techniques that explore sensory connection including natural sounds and guided imagery.
